The consumer goods company managed a number of different brands and needed to map out an omnichannel, digital transformation plan that would work across all of them. This first phase of the project would be to define the vision, targets, and roadmap. To do this they required expertise in the strategy and implementation of digital transformation.
With a tight deadline to work to, as well as specific skill and sector requirements coming to Talmix was a last minute solution. Despite short timelines the client found a shortlist of relevant consultants in a couple of days and was able to contact them directly to assess their fit.
