How to stay compliant with policy as an independent

December 9, 2016 Rebecca White

Making the decision to go independent is a bold one. It can come with concerns about staying compliant and understanding your stakeholder responsibilities. We want to help you ensure that you understand all of the key policies that will affect you as an independent consultant.

The best place to find this information is on the Policy Page of the Independent Professionals Association website. Here you'll find helpful summaries on things like taxation, pensions, maternity pay and the IR35 policy.

You can also find out more about the planned changes to the IR35 policy in our upcoming live broadcast on it, we will be joined by IPSE's Deputy Director of Policy, Andrew Chamberlain. You can register to attend that broadcast here.
