Talmix adds Pronoun Choices to Talent Passport

Talmix is launching new features to its Talent Passport and the latest update is that we are delighted to announce that members of the talent network can now indicate personal pronoun preferences. 

Adding the ability to specify identity pronouns to the Talent Passport improves communications between our talent, our clients and our internal teams. We know how important it is for people to best express their gender identity and are giving this option to select how they wish to be addressed in our communications. This is another step in showing our commitment to supporting a fully diverse and inclusive talent network.  And, as companies that we deal with are embracing Diversity and Inclusion programmes, we also believe that this is another way to help them provide the best approach to engaging and communicating with the extended workforce in a fair and respectful fashion.

Updating the Talent Passport to reflect these preferences is easy:
