Talmix Launches New Post Project Features

Posting a Project is the first experience our clients have with the Talmix Marketplace. It's always our aim to make this process as reflective of our values of being fast, flexible and flawless as possible, providing support to companies looking to use a talent marketplace for the first time, or those clients who repeatedly come to Talmix.

This week we are launching the latest version of our Project module, building on feedback from clients and creating an even easier, streamlined experience.

The new process flow is designed to increase the convenience of using the platform with a structured walkthrough the key stages: 

Overview of Requirements: describing the project objectives, or the interim role

Expertise: specific experience and skillsets

Logistics: budgets, locations, type of working

Assessment: additional screening questions to create talent responses during their application submittal and further refine shortlists presented to clients

Review: summary of all the information

As part of this new flow, Talmix is also introducing Tagging to the project posting in line with the newly-launched tagging features on the Talent Passport which are aligned to experience at a granular level.  This allows more precise and direct matching between requirements and talent on the network. Tags from the Talmix taxonomy are added to highlight the main requirements within the project and feed directly into the proprietary algorithms that deliver the precision and quality of Business Talent enjoyed by Talmix clients.

Tagging  also provides additional data points that help Talmix identify new trends in talent requirements, new skills that are critical to business, and feed into the data driven technology that allows us to deliver speed, precision and convenience to our clients: more precise matching means faster delivery.

Talmix is determined to maintain its technology leadership and this new flow is designed to deliver an even better experience, along with the new tagging features recently announced.
