One of the top 3 global consulting firms was looking for a PMO to implement a PPP services strategy in KSA.
Our client came to Talmix as they needed an established PMO to engage with client members and monitor ongoing P3 initiatives as part of a long-term project.
It was critical that the PMO could liaise well with internal and external stakeholders (with a good understanding of Arabic), update performance management tools and support on key day to day tasks. The job involved accelerating priority services, operationalizing the P3 centre and conducting feasibility studies for P3 service initiatives.
Talmix was able to put forward two candidates to the client with strong PMO experience across both Municipality clients and the Big 4. Both were Middle East based, Arabic speaking and available to travel to KSA. The chosen candidate demonstrated an ability to manage key clients and senior stakeholders, had 10+ years' proven seniority with both P3 and Municipality clients and the desired Big 4 experience in the PMO function.
