4 top project scopes that our consultants are ready for, today

We love our consultant community. We love their insight, their expertise, their ability to deliver – and most of all, we love it when they engage with us and share their thoughts.

In a recent survey conducted of all the members of our consulting community, we asked the members of our consulting community, what their biggest focus was as independent workers in this new world of work.

Here are the top 4 project scopes that our consultants are ready for, today:

Specialist skills at a functional level
Our consultants told us that they are looking to be able to showcase their specialist skill – at a functional level within an organisation. From retail to telco, energy to renewables, they have worked hard to build their expertise up to a point where organisations who use them, will truly get more than they bargained for. The Talmix consultant community are some of the best consultants on offer, who are ready to get stuck into a project almost immediately. They bring with them the best skill, the most experienced track record and most of all, the most successful results list for Talmix customers to take advantage of.

Generalist consulting skills
Independent consultants offer one thing that all organisations need: the ability to be agile and adjust to a specific organisation’s needs. So, along with specialist expertise, our consultants have a strong record of working for many global organisations across a wide variety of markets and industries and bring a solid, sound consulting methodology that is able to help you get your fundamental internal processes back on track.

Opportunity to take functional skills into new sectors
When talking about transferrable skills – there is no better way to demonstrate relevance to a project than specialism, except for 1 thing:  a clear demonstration and track record that has also supported agility, flexibility and know-how – often regardless of industry or sector. That is why our independent consultants demonstrate skill which is suited to both specialist as well as general project requirements, but more importantly, common, and therefore transferrable, to many other new sectors and industries too.

Opportunity to work in new regions
The wonderful thing about being completely independent, is the ability to be completely independent. What we mean is, the ability to pick up and get started – regardless of location, timezone, schedule – and when it comes to Talmix independent consultants, many are ready to pick up and head off to new regions, if the project requires – giving Talmix customers complete flexibility and control to get their project back on track, and successfully completed.

If you’re ready to engage with the best consulting community, then post a project today.
